We Have a Role for Every Stage of Your Clinical Career
Our practices offer opportunities for mental health professionals at different points in their careers, from early clinical training through experienced leadership roles. Each role is designed to support ethical practice, professional development, and long-term sustainability within outpatient private practice settings.
Jobs For Pre-licensed Mental Health Clinicians
For clinicians who are completing licensure requirements, we offer structured roles focused on building strong clinical foundations. Pre-licensed mental health clinicians work within supportive outpatient private practice environments that emphasize high-quality supervision, intentional caseloads, and real-world clinical experience.
These roles are designed to help clinicians develop sound clinical judgment, confidence, and professional identity while progressing toward independent licensure in a healthy, sustainable setting.
Jobs For Licensed Mental Health Professionals
Fully licensed professionals, including Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) join our practices to build stable, autonomous careers without the administrative burden of solo practice.
These roles are well suited for clinicians who want to focus on meaningful outpatient work, maintain flexibility in their schedules, and continue growing professionally within a collaborative, clinician-led environment.
Jobs for Mental Health Clinical Supervisors
Experienced clinicians who enjoy direct client work and mentoring others may find opportunities to incorporate supervision and leadership into their roles. We value supervisors who are thoughtful, supportive, and invested in helping early-career clinicians grow into strong, ethical practitioners.
Supervisory roles allow experienced providers to contribute to a collaborative clinical culture while continuing to do the clinical work they enjoy.
Built by Clinicians, for Clinicians
Clinician Founded & Clinician Driven
Our practices were built by therapists who understand the realities of outpatient clinical work. Every system, policy, and operational decision is shaped by firsthand experience providing care. The goal is simple: create an environment where clinicians have the clarity, support, and autonomy needed to do their best work.
Thoughtful Systems, Minimal Friction
Operations are designed to be efficient and purposeful. Administrative processes are streamlined, communication is direct, and unnecessary layers of oversight are avoided. This structure allows clinicians to focus their time and energy on clinical care rather than internal bureaucracy.
Compensation That Reflects Clinical Work
Our “pay for service” pay structure allows the clinician the option to work as little, or as much, as they want. Any sessions beyond the required 24 per week are paid at an increased rate. Your piece of the pie grows should you work more than what is required.
Schedule Flexibility With Professional Autonomy
Clinicians have meaningful control over their schedules and availability. Whether you prefer mornings, evenings, or a balanced week, roles are designed to support flexibility while maintaining reliable structure for clients and teams.
From the Ground Up: A Clinician’s Vision
Hi, I’m Mary. I’ve been a professional counselor for over a decade, with much of my early career spent in community-based mental health. It was an invaluable place to learn and grow, but over time it became clear that I wanted to build something different.
I started our practices with a simple goal: create outpatient counseling roles that support clinicians as professionals and as people. Every system, policy, and structure was designed with firsthand clinical experience in mind, focusing on sustainability, clarity, and respect for the work we do.
That clinician-centered foundation has guided our growth. By building strong teams, efficient systems, and thoughtful practice environments, we’ve created roles where clinicians can focus on providing high-quality care without carrying the weight of running a business on their own.
At the core of our work is a commitment to people, including our clients, our clinicians, and the communities we serve. That commitment continues to shape how we hire, how we support our teams, and how we grow.
Ready to apply?
Start by sending us a brief email introducing yourself, along with your contact information. Let us know which role you’re interested in so we can respond appropriately.
We’ll follow up to schedule an initial conversation to discuss the role, your background, and whether it feels like a potential fit on both sides. This is an informal conversation, not a formal interview.
If the role appears to be a good match, we’ll then schedule a more structured interview. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about how you practice and what you’re looking for, and for you to ask any questions you may have about the role, the team, or our practices.
After the interview, we’ll be in touch promptly with next steps.
